We’re so excited to hear from you and share your reviews; we’re celebrating by offering you the chance to win a $200 gift voucher! We’re awarding 1 winner each month for the next 6 months! Each review will grant you an entry, so review as many items as you like to increase your chances of winning! See below for further details.
How to review & rate your latest purchases
1. Locate the item you wish to review on our online store.
If you purchased an item in one of our boutiques, you'll find the style name on your swing tag, which will help you search the item in the search box at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Open the product detail page and click on “Write a Review”.
3. Rate the product out of 5 using the drop-down menu, enter your name and email address, with your review, then submit! It’s that easy!
Some handy tips for a great review
• Focus on the products key features and why you love it (or not).
A great review includes key information that will help another make a decision – for example, how does it feel on? How do you style it? Is the sizing true to size, a snug fit, or a loose fit? Would you recommend purchasing your regular size or going up/down a size? How does this item compare to other similar products?
•Be honest
We welcome your opinion, positive or negative about any product. We encourage constructive feedback and information that will help other Blue Illusion customer’s with their next purchase.
•The long and short of it
Provide enough information for others to make a decision while staying concise. We recommend between 50 – 250 words.

Without this feedback, we wouldn’t be able to provide the best service, quality and product selection possible. Competition Terms and Conditions
- 1. The promoter of the competition is Blue Illusion Pty Ltd ACN 053 367 507 (“Promoter”).
- 2. Entry instructions and prize information form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition commences at 9am (EST) on 1 February 2012 and closes on 11.59 pm (EST) 31 July 2012.
4. Subject to eligibility criteria, the competition must be entered online at the Blue Illusion website (www.blueillusion.com).
5. To be eligible to participate in this competition, entrants must provide their name and valid email address when submitting a review on the Blue Illusion website.
6. The competition is open to residents of Australia only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants must provide details of their name and email address so that they can be contacted in the event that theirs is a successful entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible. Entrants may enter the competition multiple times during the competition period by submitting a review for different products, however will only receive one entry for reviews submitted on the same product. Incomplete, indecipherable, unconstructive or illegible registrations will be deemed invalid for the purposes of this competition.
7. The prize will be awarded to the most insightful review submitted to Blue Illusion, as judged by Blue Illusion’s E-Boutique & Online Development Manager and National Sales Manager. Each monthly $200 gift voucher will be drawn on the first Monday after the end of the month (ie 5 March 2012, 2 April 2012, 7 May 2012, 4 June 2012, 2 July 2012 and 6 August 2012).
8. One prize will be available each month for six (6) consecutive months.
9. Each prize comprises the winner's choice of clothing, footwear and accessories (including scarves and jewellery) to be selected by the winner from Blue Illusion, with such products having a total value of up to $200 (based on their full Recommended Retail Price). The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the judges' decision being made. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the email notifying them of their win, that entrant will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may award the winner's unclaimed prize to another person whose entry meets the judging criteria. Any subsequent winner will be notified by telephone.
11. Prizes will be dispatched to winners within 30 days from the monthly draw. Where there are delays in the promoter receiving goods, prizes will be sent as soon as possible. The prize is redeemable through the online boutique only and by placing a phone order through our online customer service department. Winners will be provided with instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
12. It is a condition of entry that entrants consent (in the event that they are a winner) to using and displaying the review (or part of) and entrants’ name on Blue Illusion's website, on Facebook and similar media, without fee, for a period of time to be determined by the Promoter, for the purposes of notifying the results of the competition and otherwise promoting the goods/services of the Promoter.
13. The entrant agrees that the Promoter may at its discretion implement (in whole or in part and with or without modification) or refrain from implementing any suggestion made by an entrant in a review on any products submitted and that the entrant is not entitled to any remuneration, acknowledgement or other compensation associated with providing their review. This applies irrespective of whether the entrant is the winner of the competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process (including fraud).
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the identity of an entrant.
16. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion including any damage to or loss of any entry or any damage to an entrant's or any other person’s computer related to participation in this competition.
17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
18. The judges' and Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
