  1. The Promoter is Blue Illusion Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 65 006 678 566) of 2-8 Inkerman Grove, St Kilda VIC 3182, telephone 1800 208 205.
  2. Information on prizes and how to enter Blue Illusion competitions form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  3. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  4. Entry is open to all Australian & New Zealand residents who are new or existing members of the Blue Illusion Lifestyle Club, and are attendees of the event; excluding employees, and their immediate families of employees, of the Promoter and its related companies.
  5. Customers who wish to enter the ONJCWC STYLING EVENT DOOR PRIVE COMPETITION(Competition) must:
  • Follow the link on the Blue Illusion website (blueillusion.com) or in an invitation from the Promoter to attend a ONJ StylingWorkshop(Event) at a participating Blue Illusion Boutique while bookings remain available;
  • Attend the Event on Thursday 19thSeptember 2019 at either 12.30pm or 5.30pm, as indicated on their booking;
  • Sign up to the Blue Illusion Lifestyle Club by fully completing the sign-up form provided, including their:
    • Name;
    • Valid Email Address; and
    • Contact Number; and
  • Place the completed sign up form in the bowl for the random draw.
    1. Promotion commences 19thSeptember 2019. Entries close for each Boutique on Thursday 19thSeptember 2019 at either 1.20pm (for Events starting at 12.30pm) or 6.20pm (for Events starting at 5.30pm).
    2. There will be one winner for the day per store, even for stores who host two events at 12:30pm and 5:30pm
      • Winner will be drawn out of the bowl on the day after the event (Friday 20th September)
      • Winners will be notified in writing (via email), as well as verbally by phone
    3. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
    4. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
    5. Unless expressly stated, prizes are not transferrable.
    6. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Subject to approval of state regulatory authorities.
    7. The first valid entry drawn in each Boutique will win a bag valued up to AU$89.99. The winner may select a bag from those styles listed on page 1 noting all styles may not be available in all stores.
    8. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
    9. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
    10. All prize winners agree to the use of their name and state/country for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
    11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    12. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
    13. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, or credit and no exchanges are offered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof). All prize values are shown in Australian dollars.
    14. The Promoter, their associated agencies and companies associated with this Competition take no responsibility for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of any prize or winner notification.
    15. The Promoter may conduct a further draw at 12pm on Thursday 3rd October 2019 at the boutique in which original prizes was drawn, in order to award any unclaimed prizes. Winners in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email.
    16. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions of Entry excludes or limits any right or guarantee the Participant may have under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law) or any equivalent state legislation or any other applicable laws and conventions that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
    17. a. Each entrant's personal information ("PI") is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition and contact the winner.

      b. The PI of entrants will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the following:

      • where the Promoter engages third parties to assist in the administration of this Competition and the awarding of prizes;
      • where entrants have chosen to receive information from affiliated organisations to facilitate delivery of prizes;
      • where requested by authorities that regulate competitions; or
      • where otherwise permitted or required by law.

      c. Entrants who fail to provide all requested PI, may be determined by the Promoter, at its sole discretion, to be ineligible to win a prize.

      d. The collection, use and disclosure of PI provided in connection with this Competition is further governed by the Privacy Policy found on the Blue Illusion website.

    18. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    19. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, information. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or communication to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Competition.
    20. The laws of Victoria govern Blue Illusion competitions. Individual State & Territory laws also apply.
    21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    22. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Subject to state regulatory authorities.
    23. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a later date. Subject to state regulatory authorities.
