Australia

All orders over $100 will receive free express post delivery. All orders under $100 will incur a $9.95 shipping fee. Free returns are available on all orders.*

All orders will be delivered within 3 working days. During sale periods your order may take up to 5 working days to arrive. 

*Please note that shipping fee is not refunded when orders under $100 are returned or exchanged.

New Zealand

USA 

We deliver to the USA. We offer International Standard shipping at a flat fee of $15 (5-7 working days) or International Express Shipping at a flat fee of $30 (4-6 working days). 

Delivery via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

For returns and exchanges you will need to arrange your own return postage and we recommend getting a tracking number for your parcel.  

Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars and will include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). As customs policies vary, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Items On Back Order

Items on backorder may take longer than 5-7 working days. If you order some items that are on backorder together with other items that are in stock, the out-of-stock items will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied when they are back in stock.*

You will be notified via email if any items will cause delay or are unavailable.
