Need to return something?

If you have changed your mind, Blue Illusion may offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase provided it meets our returns policy*

You can return your online purchase in person along with presentation of your Tax Invoice at any Blue Illusion boutique¹ in the country in which it was purchased.

Or simply follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form enclosed within your purchase
  2. Specify whether you would like a refund or exchange
  3. Enclose your item/s with tags still attached along with the completed Returns & Exchanges Form 
  4. Affix the free return label provided
  5. Take your parcel to any Australian Post Office

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed, allow up to 7 business days.

Need to exchange something? 

If you have changed your mind, Blue Illusion may offer you a exchange within 30 days of purchase provided it meets our returns policy*

You can exchange your online purchase in person along with presentation of your Tax Invoice at any Blue Illusion boutique in the country in which it was purchased.¹

Or simply follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form enclosed within your purchase
  2. Inform us of the style, colour & size that you would prefer
  3. Enclose your item/s with tags still attached along with the completed Returns & Exchanges Form 
  4. Affix the free return label provided
  5. Take your parcel to any Australian Post Office

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.

You will be notified via email once your new item/s have been dispatched.²

Please note that the item/s from the original order will first be returned & a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. 

Any vouchers or discounts received will be transferred over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

WE RECOMMEND

To avoid disappointment, we suggest you purchase the preferred item/s and send back the unwanted goods for a full refund. This will ensure you receive the goods faster and in the event that the item/s sell out prior to your exchange request being received.

¹ Purchases made through Myer Concessions are unable to be returned or exchanged at a Blue Illusion boutique, please return to Myer. Purchases made with PayPal are unable to be returned or exchanged at a Blue Illusion boutique and must be returned via post for a refund or exchange. Purchases made with Afterpay are unable to be returned or exchanged at a Blue Illusion boutique and can only be refunded via post.

² For all exchanges, the original item/s are refunded and then a new order is created for the new item/s and then charged. For Paypal orders, reauthorisation of payment may be required when an exchange is processed.
